In a world where companies and organizations face increasing phenomena of stress, burnout, absenteeism, and employee turnover, along with uncertainty related to political and economic changes that have a pivotal effect on their future, and in a world where technology dictates the rules of the game and radically changes the competitive playground, there is a growing need for a different approach to the workplace and the world of management as we know it.
If, until now, companies have conducted themselves in old, traditional, and familiar ways to maximize their profits and growth, then from this point onwards, these objectives must be considered holistically. It is crucial to ensure that all interfaces operate harmoniously with commonly shared values and a desire to do good.
