Welcome to our 4-session transformative Mindful Communication course also know as Non-Violent Communication (NVC), designed to empower individuals with the tools and insights needed to foster genuine connections and resolve conflicts harmoniously.

🎯 Objectives:

Upon completion of the Non-Violent Communication course, participants will:

Master the four Principles of Mindful Communication and obtain a clear distinction between them: 1. Observation: this principle encourages individuals to observe and describe specific behaviors without attaching judgments or evaluations

  1. Feelings: identify and express feelings in response to the observed behavior.
  2. Needs: identify unmet needs or values behind our feelings and those of others.
  3. Requests: make clear, actionable requests rather than demands or vague statements.

Enhance Emotional Intelligence: Develop a heightened awareness of your own emotions and those of others, fostering emotional intelligence in communication.

Resolve Conflict Effectively: Acquire practical conflict resolution, transforming conflicts into opportunities for understanding and collaboration.

Cultivate Empathy: Foster a deep sense of empathy for oneself and others, promoting a compassionate and understanding approach to communication.

This 6-session Mindfulness Stress Reduction Course is designed specifically for employees and managers within organizations. In today’s fast-paced work environments, stress has become a common challenge affecting both individuals and teams. This course aims to equip participants with practical mindfulness techniques to enhance their well-being, resilience, and effectiveness in managing stress, aiming to  provide practical and effective tools for reducing and optimally dealing with the causes and reactivity to stress, anxiety and burnout and other work related challenges. In the course we will learn to move from a state of automatic pilot in which thoughts, feelings and sensations take over the mind, to a state in which we deliberately choose where to direct our most important resource: the resource of attention. We will learn to recognize harmful patterns that are paved in our minds as a result of our background, culture, education, the experiences and memories we have gathered along the way, and to replace them with benevolent patterns and a clearer and less judgmental view of reality.
